With a fantastic, unobstructed, top (3rd) floor view of the ocean and walk-out access to the beach, this 2BR, 1BA oceanfront unit will have you relaxing and living the beach life in no time.

This unit sleeps up to 7.  The master bedroom includes a queen bed with new comfortable mattress, dresser and rocking chair. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and twin bed with new mattresses, and dresser. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishware, glasses, utensils and cookware - everything you need to prepare a meal to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the ocean or around the dining table that seats 6. The living room includes a sofa that pulls out to sleep 2, TV with cable, DVD player and the perfect set-up for games and puzzles. Free wifi provided, along with convenient assigned and visitor parking behind the building. An outdoor shower is located at the bottom of the building, ocean side, for convenience.

We do not rent to high school/senior week groups. No smoking. No pets.
